Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Naia. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Sets with Undercaps

For hygiene reasons, all hijab sets that include an undercap are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Eligible Returns

If a product is sold without an undercap, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Undercaps

  • Hijab sets that include an undercap

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
