What size are the NAIA Mini Hijabs?
Our Mini Hijabs measure 163 cm × 54 cm. They’re designed with less fabric for a lighter, easier everyday fit while still giving you a beautiful drape.
What material are your hijabs made from?
Each product page lists the exact fabric. Our modal styles are soft, lightweight and designed for comfortable everyday wear.
Are your modal hijabs opaque?
Our modal hijabs are generally semi-sheer, with opacity varying slightly depending on the shade. Lighter colours may appear more sheer than darker shades.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available at checkout at no additional charge. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order.
Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, you’ll receive it by email once your order has shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I return sale items?
Sale, clearance, promotional and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naiathelabel.com with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll help resolve it.
How should I care for my hijab?
Follow the care instructions listed on the product page. Gentle washing and avoiding high heat will generally help preserve the fabric and colour.
Do colours look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to photograph colours as accurately as possible, but shades may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your screen settings.
